What you can expect during the retreat?

  • Daily lessons, guidance, and instruction for boosting your kitchen creativity and confidence

  • Receive step-by-step and personalized instruction with a small group of students in an intimate and private setting.

  • Farmers’ Market shopping excursion for your fresh, local, seasonal ingredients where you receive Sara’s guidance for maximizing your food dollar and scoring the best quality ingredients

  • To plan, prepare, cook, and serve your very own fresh, seasonal, unique, and delicious whole-food, plant-based dish each day to your fellow retreat guests

  • Plenty of down-time for relaxation in the private hot tub, fireplace, outdoor deck; socializing with your new group of wfpb friends; or engaging in fun activities (yoga, movie nights, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.) *may vary based on location and season

  • Forging friendships with like-minded whole-food, plant-based foodies and creating memories to last a lifetime!

What’s included in your All-inclusive retreat package?

  • Round-trip ground transportation from local airport/hotel to retreat location (or free on-site parking if you drive)

  • Daily cooking lessons such as: flavor & texture balancing, meal planning, and advanced wfpb cooking techniques

  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks

  • Welcome Reception refreshments and daily breakfasts prepared by whole-food, plant-based chef, Sara Speckels

  • 4 days and 3 nights accommodations in AirBnB 5-star-rated “super host” location

  • Equipment rentals for all recreation activities (may vary based on retreat location)

  • Gift bag with kitchen gadgets, Farmacy Revolution merchandise, and gourmet whole-food, plant-based ingredients

$1899 shared bedroom; $2399 private bedroom (shared bath); $1499 daily commuter
